With WaiterOne, adding “covers” allows you to seamlessly record the number of guests at each table, streamlining order management, enhancing accuracy, and providing valuable insights into guest traffic for improved reporting and operational efficiency. Underneath is also an option to also ask a remark when opening a table e.g. VIP, no salt, …
All order tickets, to the bar, kitchen,… will have the number of covers and the remark you entered. The remark will not appear on the final bill of course.
